“ Honey pig is always a great idea. We stopped by on a Sunday without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised to have been seated in just a couple of minutes. The proteins tasted fresh and well seasoned, and the side dishes were also super tasty. They also had a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options. I'd say the cocktails were a little on the sweet side, but I still enjoyed them. Service was very good and our food didn't take long to arrive. Definitely stop by if you love Korean bbq and are in the area! ”
“ I always look forward to honey pig. The brisket and pork belly are classics and I like how they give complimentary soup and steamed egg along with the side dishes and bean sprouts. ”
“ Visited for a friend's bday dinner. Very casual restaurant - dining area is completely open so between the sound of the grills/fans constantly running and other patrons it can get a little loud. The food is brought out pretty quickly and the servers make sure the kbbq goes well. We were also having such a good time I forgot to take pics of the actual food. The general consensus about the mixed bar drinks: skippable. Have a soju or rice wine instead. My friends enjoyed the grilled meat options but I'm not a big meat eater so I didn't partake. The prices were also fairly reasonable; for a table of 8 our final bill ended up being around $40 per person. I had the japche and kimchi pancake. Both were large portions that I had to take home even after sharing with the table. The japche was chewy and flavorful by itself. The sauce trio they offered (honey soy garlic, gochujang, and spicy mayo) definitely elevated the flavor. If you don't eat meat (especially pork) make sure to ask for it plain. 10/10 The kimchi pancake was crispy and delicious. It was marinated in a little spice - not enough to be hot but if you're sensitive to pepper you may want to skip. The sweet soy also boosted the flavor. 10/10 ”
“ A solid go to kbbq spot in Ellicott city. Reasonable prices and good service. They cook the meat for you here table side and meat is fresh some cuts are cut in house. Just sit order and eat, it's definitely friendly for any Americans/ non Koreans to try kbbq. Nothing too weird or scary on the menu. The vibes are chill, can get a bit loud due to the open space and K-pop playing but all in all a good spot, one of my solid reliable favorites. One last thing this location IMO is way better than Rockville and Germantown. ”
